With this trick you can quickly open command prompt in window 7 or vista in any location.
1. Just hold down the Shift key and right-click on the desktop.

2. Then you can choose “Open Command Window Here” from the menu. The great thing about this is that the current path is the desktop, which is convenient for manipulating files on the desktop.

3. You can always right-click on any folder icon or inside a folder in the system while holding down the shift key
