Making Windows 7 Aero come up in slow motion. This seriously is kinda fun to see this. So try this out.
Step 1: Go to start>and type in "regedit" (without the quotes) and press enter. You should now be greeted by a window that looks like this.
Step 2: Next, you are going to navigate to the following: HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Microsoft>Windows>DWM
You should now see something similar to this.
Step 3: Next you are going to right click in the blank space and go to: New>DWORD (32-bit) Value.
Step 4: Name this value to "AnimationsShiftKey" (without the quotes)
Step 5: Now double-click on the new value you just made (AnimationsShiftKey) and change the Value Data from 0 to 1 and hit OK.
Step 6: Lastly, log out and log back in. Now when you open a new window it will still open up normally, but when you hold shift and open a window it will be in slow motion.
Enjoy :)

NOTE: Even if you are on a 64 bit operating system, you must still choose 32 bit.
