This is basically to work on your DNS servers.
We are going to change your DNS server, by comparing which is the fastest. And for this we are going to download a free program which will help us in selecting the best DNS servers for you specifically.

Follow the following Steps :

1) Download the DNS Benchmarking Tool from Here.

2) Once Downloaded. You have to Run it as Admin.

4) When you're done running it, It will ask you if you want to build your own list, Click YES.

It will take about 25 - 30 minutes going through more than 4,000 DNS servers and Finding the Fastest 50.

5) Once it's Completed, Re-Run the Benchmark program.

6) Then, Look at the Tow Top Most IP Addresses And Add these to your DNS servers.

If you don't know how to change your DNS servers, Click on the Link below :

For Windows XP : Click Here.

For Windows 7/Vista : Click Here.

7) Now Just Copy the First Top Ip Address in the Benchmark software as "Preffered DNS Server" and The Second Ip Address as "Alternative DNS Server".

8) Click Apply and Hit Okay.

Now you should Notice a significant change in your Internet Speed.

Note:
You can also try this with your Router If you know how to do it.
