Here is the Free IP which can be used with any handler to get good speed on your mobile...

IP: 125.19.233.102 

Steps:
1) Open Handler Application (Links Available in Previous Posts)

2) Select Config as CustomName1.

3) Select Proxy Type as "HTTP".

4) Select Proxy Server And Key in the Following IP.
  IP: 125.19.233.102

5) Save the Configuration.

Note: Works Only with Default DIVE IN Settings.
